What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, area of interest and message. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on this site, we set no marketing cookies, and we load no third-party scripts or embeds.

Why we collect it

To read and respond to your enquiry. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

How it is handled

Form submissions are sent to us by email. There is no website database storing your enquiry. The message sits in our mailbox in the same way any email to us would.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them for the business relationship or to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@aleadsfacility.com and we will respond.

We operate in Ghana and the United Kingdom, so we handle personal data in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and, where it applies to our UK operations, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
